The school are particularly keen to hear from TAs with SEND experience, although they will consider anyone with strong school-based experience who is confident supporting children in the classroom. The Role Supporting pupils across the primary age range Working alongside the class teacher to support learning Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required Supporting pupils with additional needs Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment Supporting with behaviour and pastoral needs where appropriate We're Looking For Previous experience working in a school or educational setting SEND experience is highly desirable Confident supporting children with a range of needs A calm, patient and adaptable approach Good classroom and behaviour management skills Reliable and committed Two suitable references Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Why Work with Premier Education?
