Site Lead – Breakfast & After School Clubs (Term Time Only)

Location: Halifax Primary School, Ipswich

Hours: 25 per week. Breakfast Club: 7:30am – 8:40am | After School Club: 3:15pm – 6:00pm

Premier Education partners with 2,500+ primary schools across the UK, delivering safe, fun wraparound childcare. We’re looking for a confident and caring Site Lead to manage our Breakfast and After School Clubs.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily club sessions in a safe, engaging environment
• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities
• Supervise staff and manage site operations
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
• Ensure safeguarding and Ofsted standards are met

What You’ll Need:

• Level 2+ in Childcare, Playwork or similar
• Experience with children aged 4–11
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Good understanding of safeguarding
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
• Confident communicator
