School Relationship Manager/Sports Coach
Permanent, full-time – 35 hours per week
Hybrid with travel to our partner schools (Suffolk, Essex, Kent) and HQ in Norfolk

Summary
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Relations this role will support our Premier Sports Coach Solutions operation covering Suffolk, Essex and Kent.
We want to reach as many children as possible and our School Relationship Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that our partner schools continue to have an excellent experience and remain active, committed partners.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sports education and a passion for promoting physical activity among children in schools.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining, managing, and building on relationships with active schools by leading on review, renewal, and upselling meetings to maximise account value and drive long-term partnership growth.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies that grow revenue across schools, parents, and funded programme streams.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, progress, and client engagement using business tools and CRM systems.
- Provide support for new school sales activity, contributing to business growth through collaboration with the wider sales team.
- Support with the delivery of extracurricular activity sessions and holiday camps as required.
Main Requirements
- Experience in sales, relationship management or school engagement (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Level 2 NGB sports qualification and/or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience of delivering sport and extra-curricular activities in schools
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident personal presentation and strong public speaking capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems would be beneficial.
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
