Nursery Assistant - Permanent in Sandbach

Contract: Permanent | Full Time (40 Hours Per Week)

Hours: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days between 7:30am and 6:30pm

Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a friendly and well-established nursery who are looking to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys helping young children learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment. • Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
• Plan and take part in engaging play-based learning activities
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support children’s daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
• Observe children’s progress and contribute to learning journals where appropriate
• Work as part of a supportive and friendly nursery team

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• Unqualified candidates willing to complete a Level 2 and Level 3 qualification
• Level 2 qualified practitioners willing to progress to Level 3
• Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring, and reliable attitude
• Previous nursery experience is desirable but not essential for unqualified applicants
• Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
