Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a friendly and well-established nursery who are looking to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Responsibilities- Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
- Plan and take part in engaging play-based learning activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support children’s daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
- Observe children’s progress and contribute to learning journals where appropriate
- Work as part of a supportive and friendly nursery team
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Applications welcomed from:
- Unqualified candidates willing to complete a Level 2 and Level 3 qualification
- Level 2 qualified practitioners willing to progress to Level 3
- Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, caring, and reliable attitude
- Previous nursery experience is desirable but not essential for unqualified applicants
- Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
- An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
