We’re working with a Trust in Oldham who are looking for Psychology graduates to join from September 2026. The schools have supportive SLT and are keen to help graduates establish careers in teaching or Educational Psychology. You’ll be supporting children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD and SEMH, with some pupils presenting behavioural challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to build resilience and gain experience that genuinely stands out. It will help graduate scheme applications!
The role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Helping children manage behaviour and regulate emotions
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO
- Creating a calm, consistent and supportive environment
What you’ll gain:

Requirements:

- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one); access to a car is beneficial
