Holiday Camp Sports Coaches – Ipswich

Casual (Zero-Hour) Contract | £10.00 – £12.21 per hour

Location: Multiple sites across Ipswich (IP1, IP2, IP4, IP8 and IP12)

Work Period: Summer Holidays & School Half Terms

Standard Holiday Camp hours are: 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about getting kids active, having fun, and building confidence? Join our team at Premier Education as a Holiday Camp Sports Coach and help deliver high-quality, engaging activities for children aged 4 to 11 across Ipswich.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun and engaging activity sessions as directed by the timetable
• Coach a variety of sports and movement-based games
• Take the lead on child safety, behaviour, and positive participation
• Act as a Premier Education brand ambassador, demonstrating our Culture Code through your actions, attitude and communication.

What You’ll Need

Essential:

• Aged 18 or over (due to Ofsted/insurance requirements)
• At least one Level 2 NGB sport qualification or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience coaching or teaching groups of children aged 4 to11
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Valid (or willingness to obtain) DBS certificate
• Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about children\’s development through sport

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications
• Basic IT skills for planning and reporting
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
