Are you a passionate and experienced SENDCo looking for your next challenge? Premier Education are working with a wonderful primary trust in Bolton seeking a dedicated SENDCo to cover a long-term absence, with the possibility of extension.
About the role:
- Overseeing and coordinating provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Supporting teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching
- Leading and contributing to EHCP processes and liaising with external agencies
- Monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate SEND records
- Working closely with SLT and class teachers to ensure all learners thrive
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified SENDCo (or working towards it) or experience in a SENDCo role
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience as a SENDCo or Inclusion Lead within a primary school
