We are working with a number of welcoming Wigan primary schools who are looking for exceptional SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs. This is not a general TA role.
I am specifically looking for individuals who:
- Have hands-on experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, SEMH, speech)
- Have supported a child through a meltdown, not just observed one
- Understand that behaviour is communication
- Build relationships first; learning comes second
Important: Due to the nature of these roles, we are only able to progress candidates who can clearly demonstrate relevant SEND experience.
