Hours: 16 - 19 per week
We are looking for a caring, organised and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Site Lead to oversee our before and after school provision at Manor Park First School. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with childcare, education or wraparound care experience who enjoys creating a safe, engaging and positive environment for children.
Hours:
- After School Club: Monday to Friday, 2:50pm – 5:30pm
- Breakfast Club: 3 mornings per week, 7:35am – 8:45am
- Additional breakfast club hours may be available for the right candidate
- Term time only
Responsibilities:
- Leading day-to-day wraparound care provision
- Planning and supervising engaging activities
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children
- Supporting snack preparation and basic food hygiene routines
- Managing registers and daily communication with parents/carers
- Working closely with school staff and the wider operations team
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children in a school, childcare or activity setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and reliable approach
- Ability to lead a small team and manage sessions independently
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
