Children’s Sports Coach
Locations: Maidstone
Part-time 20 hours/week
Split shifts | Monday to Friday | Term-time (Breakfast, Lunch and Afterschool club)
£10.00 – £12.21 per hour

Do you love working with children and have a passion for getting kids active? We’re looking for energetic, reliable individuals with sports coaching experience to run fun, engaging sessions as part of our wraparound care provision in primary schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team while developing your coaching experience in real school settings – and no two days are the same!
What You’ll Do:
Lead fun and inclusive physical activity sessions for children aged 4 to11
Deliver a range of before-school, lunchtime, and after-school clubs
Build confidence and a love of movement through creative, play-based coaching
Support a safe and positive environment where every child can thrive
Be part of holiday camps (optional during school holidays)
What We’re Looking For:
Aged 18+ (Ofsted/insurance requirement)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A minimum of one Level 2 NGB sports qualification and/or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience coaching or leading groups of children
Confident in session planning and behaviour management
Valid (or willingness to obtain) enhanced DBS
Bonus Points For:
Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding certificates
Basic IT skills (for simple planning/reporting tasks)
