Location: Fordham All Saints Primary School CO6 3NN
23 hours per week. Breakfast Club: 7:30am – 8:40am | After School Club: 3:15pm – 6:00pm

We are seeking a passionate and reliable site Lead to oversee the delivery and management of our breakfast and After School Clubs.

This role is ideal for an experienced childcare professional ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
• Deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that keep children engaged and active
• Ensure all safeguarding policies are followed and concerns are escalated appropriately
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, schools, and colleagues
• Administer first aid when needed and log incidents accurately
• Ensure the club complies with EYFS standards and company policies
• Prepare for and lead during Ofsted inspections

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Aged 18+ (due to insurance and Ofsted regulations)
• Level 2 or above qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or equivalent
• Experience working with children aged 4–11 in a school, club or childcare setting
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• Good understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive care
• Confident communicator with parents, school staff, and colleagues

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid (12-hour) certification
• Safeguarding training
• Basic IT and admin skills
• Full UK driving licence
