Premier Education Ltd is partnering with a Derby-area alternative provision academy to recruit a Behaviour & Learning Practitioner (BLP).

The role supports 11–16-year-olds with behavioural, emotional and learning needs, working with teachers and external agencies to promote engagement and progress.

This fixed-term, term-time role requires an Enhanced DBS and a compassionate, calm approach, with a focus on safeguarding and student welfare. 37 hours per week with salary Β£25,938–£28,160.
