Premier Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary setting just outside Whalley Bridge seeking a reliable and enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to join their team as soon as possible until the end of the academic term. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and helping to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment at the end of the school day.

The Role:

  • Supporting children attending the after-school club
  • Organising and supervising games, activities, and play opportunities
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
  • Assisting with snack times and daily club routines

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable
  • A positive, energetic, and caring approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
