Premier Contract Supplies are suppliers of bathrooms to the new build market, buying products from a large mix of suppliers, helping house builders create a specification and then distributing from one of our five warehouses across the UK. We are an equal opportunities employer.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our team. As a dedicated Sales Administrator, you'll have the ability to manage customer expectations and ensure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company. A team player with good attention to detail, outstanding customer service and communicative skills is a must. This is not a cold calling role and is predominantly administration based, not sales. It involves project management and stock control.
Responsibilities Include:
- Placing & monitoring customer sales orders and liaising with contractors/house developers
- Answering general customer enquiries; advising product availability, delivery dates, transport schedules, and product lead-times promptly and accurately
- Administrative duties include entering and maintaining information and contracts on the database as well as corresponding with customers and the internal delivery team
- Dealing with faults or complaints in a fair and reasonable manner to resolve problems quickly and satisfactorily
- Liaising with the accounts department to keep customers within credit limits
- Being sole contact for customers
- Identify possibilities of further/new sales with existing clients
- Assisting with stock control
- Holiday/sickness cover for telephone duties/follow up calls/monitoring orders, etc.
In addition to these duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business, where appropriate training provided.

- Excellent telephone manner and communicative skills
- Problem solving
- Organised and good attention to detail
- PC literate, with basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure
- Confident and able to use own initiative when needed.
