Premier Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment company working in partnership with a national house builder. We are recruiting for a Welfare Labourer / Cleaner to work with their team on a project in Headington.
Your duties as a Welfare Labourer / Cleaner will include:
- Working hours approximately 10:00hrs till 14:00hrs Monday to Friday.
- A Walkie talkie will be issued, and it is your responsibility to make sure it is charged and ready for the day ahead.
- Report to site management first thing every morning for works for that day.
- Clean site office a minimum of twice a day, including kitchen and toilets cleaned and restocked, emptying bins etc.
- Site toilets, Male and Female to be cleaned and restocked throughout the day (always to be cleaned at the end of the day, so clean and stocked for the next morning).
- Drying rooms both Male and Female to be cleaned daily.
- External Welfare area to be litter picked and bins emptied throughout each day.
- No broom to be used, Henry hoovers and mop only.
- Check Welfare hoarding and signage; if any issues report to Site management.
Standard Hours for the Cleaners job: Monday - Friday 10:00hrs - 14:00hrs.
