Premier Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment company working in partnership with a national housing contractor. We are recruiting for a Welfare Labourer to work with their existing team on a project in Blackbird Leys.

Your duties as a Welfare Labourer will include:

  • Working hours approximately 07:30hrs till 16:30hrs Monday to Friday
  • A Walkie talkie will be issued, and it is your responsibility to make sure it is charged and ready for the day ahead
  • Report to site management first thing every morning for works for that day
  • Clean site office a minimum of twice a day, including kitchen and toilets cleaned and restocked, emptying bins etc
  • Site toilets, Male and Female to be cleaned and restocked throughout the day (always to be cleaned at the end of the day, so clean and stocked for the next morning)
  • Drying rooms both Male and Female to be cleaned daily
  • External Welfare area to be litter picked and bins emptied throughout each day
  • No broom to be used, Henry hoovers and mop only
  • Check Welfare hoarding and signage; if any issues report to Site management

Standard Hours for the Welfare Labourer job role: Monday to Friday 07:30hrs - 16:30hrs (But sometimes you may be required to work longer due to the workloads). Weekend work may be available.
