Job description
Premier Compliance are in the maintenance and compliance industry, supplying hospitals, universities, local authorities, hotel, and restaurant chains; to name a few.
We have been operating for over 20 years, and what once started as a small family business has gone through a period of large growth over the last few years leading to our office team growing with the business.

The successful candidate must have strong administrative skills with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft packages.
They must also be very process-driven due to the nature of the business being high volume.
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, be able to prioritise workloads, be a strong communicator, and willing to learn.
This role will comprise being a key part of our operational team, working alongside our Operations Manager, to provide support.
The successful candidate must be able to correctly identify any errors or mistakes in technical documents, and ensure accurate data is processed.
Technical training will be given so that this role and person can develop in the company and be an integral part of future growth.
This role would suit somebody dynamic who enjoys varied work and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Job Setup & Documentation
- Set up jobs on Monday . com and ensure all details are accurately recorded.
- Work with the Reporting Administrator to upload customer details, locations, and drawings into Plan Radar.
- Ensure site teams have the necessary documentation before work commences.
- Prepare Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) prior to job commencement.
Client Liaison & Coordination
- Attend site meetings with clients at the start of projects to review scope, expectations, and site-specific requirements.
- Conduct handover meetings at project completion, accompanying the BDM/Commercial Manager to ensure a smooth transition and final sign-off.
- Liaise with clients to identify requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Process client orders onto internal systems and ensure they are correctly logged.
- Resolve disputes in line with contractual requirements.
- Attend and conduct client meetings before project commencement and at handover stages.
Scheduling & Operational Support
- Work closely with Operations to plan job schedules and allocate the appropriate number of engineers on-site.
- Work alongside the team to provide quotations for all remedial work, collaborating with the BDM/Commercial Manager.
- Order site materials and follow up on deliveries.
- Update job progress reports to ensure accurate tracking of works.
- Collaborate with engineers and site management
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Review and collate post-testing and post-clean reports to ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Prepare quotations for remedial work following inspections.
Service Delivery & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Operational team, including scheduling emails and data entry.
- Ensure operations run smoothly by fact-checking colleagues data entries in our partner software.
