The day-to-day role of a community carer has many misconceptions, and many new to care never look back once they start on this career path. When you have a positive impact on an individual’s and their relatives’ lives, it can be incredibly rewarding.
Here are the standard duties our carers are involved in daily:
- Make visits to clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
- Help Premier’s clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
- Assist with personal care such as washing and showering
- Cook and serve meals and drinks
- Help with medications
- Support with daily living activities
- Record visits live with our digital care planning system
Requirements:
