The role of a community carer is rewarding and impactful. Your work helps individuals and their families, making a positive difference every day. Typical duties include:

• Making visits to clients in their homes using your own vehicle
• Helping clients meet their desired outcomes
• Assisting with personal care such as washing and showering
• Cooking and serving meals and drinks
• Supporting medication routines
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Recording visits using our digital care planning system

Requirements

• Full UK Driver\’s License
• High personal values aligned with our team
• A professional approach to completing our training and ongoing development
