The role of a community carer is rewarding and impactful. Many new carers never look back once they start this career path, helping individuals and their families in meaningful ways. Typical duties include:

  • Making visits to clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
  • Helping clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
  • Assisting with personal care such as washing and showering
  • Cooking and serving meals and drinks
  • Helping with medications
  • Supporting with daily living activities
  • Recording visits live with our digital care planning system

Requirements

  • Full UK Driver’s License

  • A professional approach to completing training and ongoing development
