The day-to-day role of a community carer has many misconceptions and many new to care never look back once they start on this career path. When you have a positive impact on an individual and their relatives’ lives for a living you can imagine how rewarding that is. Here are the standardised type of duties our carers would be involved in day-to-day:

  1. Make visits to clients in their own home using your own vehicle
  2. Help Premier’s clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
  3. Help with personal care such as washing and showering
  4. Cook and serve meals and drinks
  5. Help with medications
  6. Support with day to day living
  7. Recording visits live with our digital care planning system

Requirements

  1. Full UK Drivers License
  2. High Personal Values that match our own and your colleagues
  3. A Professional approach to complete our training and ongoing training
