SALARY: £30,000 per annum – £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

Join Premier as our new Fundraising Engagement Executive. Premier, Europe’s leading Christian Media organisation, is at an exciting juncture in our journey. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving donor engagement and retention strategies to support Premier’s fundraising efforts. Your work will directly contribute to sustaining and advancing Premier’s mission to help people encounter God through media.

Role Overview

  • Lead the execution of the donor retention strategy, including multi-channel communication initiatives to support donor retention.
  • Design targeted multi-channel communications to affirm and celebrate donors.
  • Manage reactivation campaigns for lapsed Direct Debit donors, aiming to improve reactivation conversion rates.
  • Be responsible for donor acquisition and donor retention metrics.
  • Map multi-channel acquisition journeys for clarity and liaise with the Digital Marketing and Fundraising Executive, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure journeys are executed as planned.
  • Assign goals and targets for stages of the acquisition journey, reviewing the performance against these targets.
