We’re seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Pastor who is excited about sharing Jesus with young people and can lead and develop our ministry with 11–18s. You’ll inspire them to grow as disciples of Jesus, find their place in the church and shine brightly in their various places of influence. With scope to build teams, shape Sunday and midweek groups, and develop outreach opportunities, you\’ll play a key role in implementing our church vision among a rising generation.
This is a 0.6 FTE role (£28.2k–£39.8k pro rata), with potential to expand to full-time.
