We’re seeking someone to help establish and grow youth ministry at Holy Trinity - building on existing school connections, creating new outreach groups, and discipling young people as they take steps of faith. If you’re energised by reaching young people beyond the walls of the church, partnering with schools, and shaping a ministry from the ground up, then we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications – Essential

  • A vibrant, mature Christian faith that inspires young people
  • Passion for evangelism and discipleship with teenagers
  • Experience working with youth in a church or community setting
  • Experience pioneering new groups or initiatives
  • Creative, energetic, proactive and able to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills with teenagers and adults
  • Ability to lead, train and encourage volunteers
  • Understanding of safeguarding and willingness to develop expertise
  • Able to work flexibly, including Sundays and some evenings
  • In sympathy with the aims, values and worshipping life of Holy Trinity and the Church of England

Qualifications – Desirable

  • Relevant qualification in theology, youth ministry or education
  • Experience using ChurchSuite or similar systems
  • Experience using Canva or similar creative comms tools
  • Ability to manage social media accounts
  • Ability to lead worship or contribute musically
