We are looking for someone passionate about reaching young people not currently in church with the gospel, and who is looking to begin a career in church youth work. This post is designed for someone new to paid youth work, with high quality training opportunities and supportive environments to learn in. The youth leader we are looking for will be someone who can pioneer new ways to engage with young people in our community who have 'fringe' or no connection to church, though you will provide some support and leadership to existing activities.
Details:
- Hours: 35 a week worked flexibly over 5 days. This would include Sundays and some evenings.
- Salary: Β£24,000 - 26,000 (this reflects that this is a training post)
