Are you currently working in B2B sales, recruitment, account management or business development but looking for a career with more purpose? Perhaps you graduated in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Social Work, Health & Social Care or a similar subject and found yourself in a commercial role after university. You've developed excellent communication, relationship-building and target-driven skills, but now want to use those skills to make a genuine difference.

A leading national charity is recruiting Employment Consultants to support people with mental health conditions, disabilities and other barriers into sustainable employment. It's a great graduate opportunity for those with some existing experience.

You'll receive full training as an IPS Employment Specialist and work closely with Job Centres, NHS services and local community partners. Your role will involve building relationships, motivating individuals, understanding their goals and helping them move towards employment. This is a community-based role covering Hillingdon, working across locations including Job Centres, Council Offices and NHS sites.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 12 months' B2B sales, recruitment, account management or business development experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working towards targets and managing your own diary
  • Genuine interest in mental health, employability, social impact or the charity sector
  • Degree educated preferred
  • Organised, resilient and comfortable working independently
