Opiate Recovery Coordinator – Sheffield
Hourly Rate: £18 - £20 | Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extension)

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload, focusing on individuals with complex needs related to drug use. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing personalized recovery plans
- Delivering both individual and group interventions
- Working closely with detoxification teams
- Providing essential recovery support
- Offering harm reduction advice
- Conducting interventions related to blood-borne viruses (BBVs)
