We are supporting a Not‐for‐Profit organisation in Yorkshire seeking an Interim Procurement Manager to lead complex procurements and contract activity during a care‐service transition. You will deliver a light‐touch but compliant market approach, manage full end‐to‐end procurements, review existing contracts, and lead market engagement, tender development, evaluation and award.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver procurement strategies and full tender processes from market engagement through to award.
  • Ensure all activity is proportionate, transparent, and aligned with relevant regulations.
  • Review all existing contracts, identifying where renegotiation, variation or transition is needed.
  • Produce tender packs, evaluation criteria and procurement documentation.
  • Work with internal teams to maintain service continuity and support staff stability.

A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:

  • Strong procurement experience in regulated or care‐related environments.
  • Solid understanding of public procurement rules and compliant processes.
  • Experience managing complex service transitions and contract reviews.
  • Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Calm, structured and people‐centred in approach.

Job Offer:

Competitive daily rate of £450 - £500 per day inside IR35. 3 month contract with potential to be extended. Based in Yorkshire with hybrid working pattern.
