Join The Gavins Foundation and play a leading role in strengthening Sheffield’s Christian charity sector. This senior position is responsible for turning vision into delivery, ensuring our Sheffield operations are effective, well led and positioned for growth.

A key part of the role is overseeing the operation and development of our community hubs, which are a direct expression of the charity’s Christian city-wide strategy and one of the main ways we will engage with and serve communities across Sheffield.

Working closely with trustees and senior colleagues, you will help shape strategy, build strong partnerships across the city, and lead a team that delivers practical support, training, events and collaboration opportunities for local charities and churches, helping to foster unity across churches and ministries in Sheffield.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and relational leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational management. You will oversee the operations budget, partnerships, events and reporting, while developing a three-year strategy and recruitment plan for the Sheffield team.

Alongside this, you will help cultivate a healthy, ambitious team culture and represent The Gavins Foundation with credibility, professionalism and purpose.
