BCCC is a trilingual church with ministries in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, committed to serving the Chinese community in the Bristol area. In light of the growing needs of our congregation, we are currently seeking a servant-hearted, ordained minister to lead our church into the next season of ministry and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide spiritual leadership and direction in partnership with the pastoral and leadership teams.
  • Preach and teach God’s Word faithfully across generations and cultures.
  • Shepherd the congregation through pastoral care, prayer, and discipleship.
  • Collaborate with the church leaders to shape and implement the church’s vision, direction, and ministries.
  • Equip and support pastoral staff and volunteers in their service and growth.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ordained minister with a clear calling to pastoral ministry with a deep love for God and His people.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and working ability in English
  • Formal theological training from a recognised institution.
  • At least 7 years of pastoral experience, preferably in a cross-cultural or Chinese church context.
  • Passionate about cross-cultural and team-based ministry

Desirable Qualities:

  • A servant-hearted leader who is humble, approachable, and able to build relationships across age groups and cultures.
  • A vision for mission, discipleship, and intergenerational ministry.
  • Committed to mentoring pastoral staff and raising up younger leaders.
