Service Care Solutions are seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join a growing team in St Annes. This is an excellent opportunity for committed professionals with experience in substance misuse to join a reputable team and contribute to vital community services.

Position: Recovery Worker - St Annes

Rate: £18.14 to £20.62 per hour (PAYE exc.) / £20.15 to £23 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd)

Location: Lytham St Annes

Contract Duration: 3 months with view to extend.

Working: 37.5 hrs, on-site

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Providing compassionate support to individuals experiencing substance misuse issues
  • Assisting clients to develop and implement personalised recovery plans
  • Monitoring client progress and updating case records accurately
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supporting clients during detoxification and rehabilitation processes
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients
  • Encouraging positive behavioural changes to help clients achieve their recovery goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Substance Misuse support or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
