Immediate Start – Frontline Welfare Advisor (Charity Sector) | 40 Hours per Week

My client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Frontline Welfare Advisor to join the team immediately. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll be supporting individuals facing challenging circumstances with practical advice and guidance.
The Role
- Provide advice and support on welfare benefits, housing, and debt
- Support clients with Universal Credit, Housing, Employment and other benefits
- Manage a caseload and maintain accurate records
- Offer advocacy and signposting to additional services
- Work directly with vulnerable individuals in a frontline setting
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in welfare rights, benefits advice, housing, or debt support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
- Experience in the charity, voluntary, or community sector (desirable)
Essential Requirement
- You MUST hold a current Enhanced DBS (or be on the Update Service)
