Welsh Speaking Personal AssistantHoop Professional Services are thrilled to be supporting a well-established organisation to find a fantastic Welsh Speaking PA to support senior members of the team. If you\’re a PA who is actively looking for a new opportunity in an incredible organisation, this could be a great opportunity for you!Based in Cardiff with the flexibility of hybrid working, this is a 3-month fixed-term contract. This position offers a salary of up to £30,000. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant with strong PA skills and fluent Welsh language ability (written and spoken) to provide high level administrative support to senior team members.You’ll play a key role in managing communications, scheduling, meetings, and events, as well as assisting with projects. We are looking for someone who is immediately available and can hit the ground running!Responsibilities:* Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, responding on behalf of senior staff when appropriate.* Coordinate diaries, meetings, and event attendance for senior team members.* Organise and minute meetings, ensuring all actions are tracked and completed.* Maintain accurate records and files and support with document management systems.* Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for senior staff and team members.* Provide cover for other PAs and executive support when required.* Prepare documents and support governance activities, including committee meetings.* Assist with project planning, data collection, and monitoring progress.* Support procurement processes and ensure value for money for external services.* Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.* Provide excellent communication across teams and ensure timely updates.* Deliver first-class customer service when dealing with the public, stakeholders, and contractors.* Support events, conferences, and workshops as required.* Handle financial administration such as expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.Requirements:* Fluent Welsh language skills (written and spoken).* Strong previous experience as a PA, ideally supporting senior management.* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.* Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.* Confident communicator with tact and professionalism.* Highly organised and able to work independently.* Flexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude.We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
