Operating across several regions in the UK, they support thousands of young people each year with safe accommodation, personalised support, and pathways into education and employment. As New Business Manager, you will lead on securing new corporate partnerships valued between £100,000 and £1 million. This is a key role within the team, balancing strategic pipeline development with hands‑on prospecting, creative proposal writing and confident external engagement.
You will:
- Grow and manage a high‑value pipeline of warm and cold prospects
- Lead outreach, pitch preparation and partnership negotiations
- Develop compelling, insight‑driven proposals that speak to both corporate and social impact goals
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to shape ambitious funding opportunities
- Support on £1m+ partnership bids, including budgeting, planning and reporting
- Ensure new partnerships are smoothly handed over to the Partnerships Management team for long‑term stewardship
