A paid, full-time graduate programme combining professional excellence and work-based ministry.

This is a unique opportunity for Christian graduates to serve God as they begin their professional career, through a full-time, paid graduate programme that combines excellent professional training with intentional spiritual formation. Worship.Works places Christian graduates into roles that draw on their talents while serving God first. As part of this 12-month programme, you will develop highly valuable, real-world professional skills, while also receiving training and mentoring to serve God through your day-to-day work. This includes daily prayer and the application of Biblical principles to professional life. The programme runs for a 12-month period and offers strong career prospects thereafter. You will receive investment into both your professional development and your spiritual growth, as you begin a successful, Christ-respecting career.

In 2026, the Graduate Programme will offer two specialist tracks. Applicants should apply for the track that best fits their interests and degree background.

  • Track 1: Digital Intelligence & Insight
    • This track is suited to graduates who are curious about data, research, communication and digital insight. Your day-to-day activities will include:
    • Training on data analysis and insight reporting.
    • Analysing and drawing valuable insights from social media data.
    • Accurately following robust research methodologies using technology platforms and tools.
    • Producing visually engaging reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
    • Supporting internal teams with evidence-based insights.
    • Experimenting with analytical approaches and early-stage prototypes to explore and test research hypotheses.
  • Track 2: Technology
    • This track is suited to graduates with a Computer Science or closely related degree who are interested in serving God through building, improving and exploring technology systems. Your day-to-day activities will include:
    • Working on real software projects used by internal teams and partners.
    • Supporting software development across web applications and internal tools.
    • Contributing to database design, configuration and data structures.
    • Supporting technology systems integration and automation.
    • Learning best practices in software development, documentation and testing.
    • Collaborating with non-technical colleagues to translate needs into technical solutions.
    • Experimenting with rapid prototypes to explore new technical possibilities.
  • All graduates, across both tracks, will take part in:

    • Daily corporate prayer.
    • Biblical teaching and mentoring on serving God through work.
    • Training in applying Christian values such as integrity, excellence and stewardship in a professional context.
    • Participation in a vibrant, supportive and faith-filled workplace community.

    Required Qualifications

    Applicants should have graduated between 2023 and 2026 with strong academic performance, including a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. For the Technology track, a Computer Science or closely related degree is strongly preferred. For both tracks, strong school or college qualifications, including Maths and English.

    • A strong willingness to learn, grow and work hard.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
    • Demonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong computer skills including use of spreadsheets and presentation tools.
    • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
    • A collaborative, humble and teachable attitude.
    • An ability to use AI tools thoughtfully and critically, understanding their strengths, limitations and appropriate use.

    Additional skills by track:

    • Digital Intelligence & Insight
      • Demonstrated curiosity and capability in understanding, structuring and interpreting research data.
      • Experience gathering and organising primary and secondary research, using desk research, structured data sources and digital tools.
      • Ability to define and refine research parameters, such as selecting relevant keywords, topics or themes to investigate online conversations.
      • Experience analysing and classifying large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data, identifying patterns, trends and meaningful signals.
      • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and develop informed perspectives on audience behaviours, needs and viewpoints.
      • Confidence translating complex findings into clear, compelling outputs, including visual slides, summaries or dashboards.
      • Ability to communicate insights effectively to a range of audiences, including explaining findings verbally to colleagues and, with support, to clients.
    • Technology
      • Demonstrated engagement with software development and technology systems, and an understanding of how technology enables people and organisations.
      • Strong logical reasoning and a structured, problem-solving approach.
      • Foundational knowledge of programming concepts, gained through a Computer Science or closely related degree.
      • Hands-on experience writing and working with code, evidenced through academic coursework, projects, internships, placements or personal development.
      • Basic understanding of data structures, databases or data modelling, developed through study or practical application.
      • Experience experimenting with AI-assisted software development tools, such as using generative AI to support coding, debugging, testing or exploration of solutions.
      • Confidence experimenting, prototyping and learning through iteration.

    Key Details

    • Location: Maidstone, Kent (modern, creative workspace)
    • Term: 12 months
    • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week)
    • Hybrid working: After an initial period of three days in the office (up to two days remote)
    • Salary: £27,500 per annum
    • Start date: September 2026
