We are looking for someone with previous experience in housekeeping with leadership skills. Applicants should possess excellent organisation and communication skills, be a self-starter and able to lead, inspire and encourage a team in a diverse multicultural environment. Clear communication is vital for this role, as well as relating well to people, including those from overseas, where English is not their first language.
Fostering a positive, supportive environment and maintaining a high level of morale and enthusiasm within the House Team is very important. Community members also take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life. All Community members receive full board, accommodation, and an allowance. House Team Leader is a fantastic position and extremely rewarding.
