We've placed a lot of people here over the years, and they genuinely love it. It's a large, well-established charity where careers really grow. They've just launched a brand-new, long-term funded contract and are now looking to hire a number of Employment Advisors. We are recruiting for roles in Brent, Ealing, and Hillingdon.

You'll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment. Rather than being office-based, you'll hot-desk across various partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts. All travel is paid (except your normal commute from home to your first and last location of the day).

You'll typically manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working closely with employers to create the right opportunities. Full training is provided through a mix of online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands-on guidance from your Team Leader in the community.

We're looking for people who have either worked as an Employment Advisor before, or who have experience in a sales-focused role (such as recruitment or B2B sales), or experience supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals. Graduates with relevant experience (paid or voluntary) are also welcome to apply.

You'll be working with vulnerable individuals, so the charity classifies this as a high-risk environment. It's a challenging, community-based role where you'll be managing your own diary, working to targets, and juggling multiple priorities. Full training and ongoing support are provided, and while there is a high level of lone working, robust check-in systems are in place to ensure your safety. Being organised, resilient, and able to manage your own wellbeing is key.

Please apply via this advert. If you haven't heard back within 72 hours, you can also get in touch through the "Send Us a Message" form on the Red 5 People website, and one of our team will respond.

Please note: this is a permanent, full-time, community-based role (no home working). You'll need to currently live within easy reach of either Ealing, Hillingdon or Brent (within an hour). Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. If successful at interview, you would be expected to start around 4 weeks from offer (there would be some movement around this around notice period etc).
