London City Mission is seeking a Head of Major Gifts to lead a high performing team and grow giving from individuals, trusts, and foundations who can make a significant impact. You will shape strategy to grow relationships, set ambitious income targets linked to a 5‑year plan, and drive partnerships delivering mutual value for supporters and the mission.
You will build strong supporter relationships, provide analysis to Trustees and Leadership, and advocate for the Fundraising and Supporter.
