Summary of the role
This role provides high‐level executive support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the CEO's office. You will coordinate senior leadership meetings, manage complex priorities and act as a trusted point of contact across the organisation. A pivotal, fast‐paced position requiring outstanding organisation, judgement and communication skills.

- Location: London, hybrid working
- Working pattern: Full‐time - 35 hours p/w
- Working style: Hybrid - 2 days in office, aligning with the CEO's in office days
Responsibilities
- Executive office leadership - Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations and effective meeting management.
- Manage a complex, fast‐moving diary, prioritising time and coordinating senior‐level meetings.
- Prepare high‐quality agendas, papers, briefings, presentations and monitor deadlines and follow‐up activity to support the CEO and Senior Business Manager.
- Organise and service EMT, SMT and other leadership meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and action logs.
- Coordinate complex meetings and events involving internal and external stakeholders across the UK.
- Support business planning, research and project activity, including preparing reports and assisting with budget monitoring, purchase orders, invoices, expenses and financial commentary.
- Provide leadership and collaboration across the Executive Assistant cohort to ensure consistent, high‐quality support.

- Significant experience supporting a CEO or senior executive team.
- Skilled in agenda preparation, minute‐taking, and action tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work proactively and handle confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of budgeting, expenses and financial processes.
- Flexible, responsive and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment.
