Keswick Ministries exists to refresh God’s people with joy in Christ Jesus. We do this primarily through the historic Keswick Convention, drawing over 12,000 Christians each summer, and a growing year‑round teaching and training programme now based around our newly completed Pencil Factory campus.
We are at a significant moment. As the ministry grows, so must the infrastructure that supports it. This new role of Director of Finance & Support Services is a central appointment in our evolving leadership team. The postholder will provide strategic financial leadership across the charity and its trading subsidiaries, as well as leading site investment and development. Alongside this, they will take ownership of governance, HR, IT and back‑office systems — serving as the connective tissue of the organisation and creating real capacity for the wider leadership team to focus on delivering the ministry.
We are looking for a servant‑hearted, commercially experienced financial leader who understands that excellent internal systems are what enable ministry to flourish.

Contract type: Permanent, full‑time (with commitment to the Convention period, including some weekend working)
Reporting to: CEO (Mark Ellis)
Line management of: Finance team (two members of staff)
Location: Keswick, with hybrid working (three days in Keswick, two days remote). A relocation package is available.
