We are looking for an experienced ministry lead to undertake an exciting and challenging fulltime role with our children, young people and their families. We have an established and growing ministry in this area and we need someone with the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to enable us to ensure we grow disciples and nurture those who attend regularly but also to show God’s love to the children and young people who are on the periphery of church life and in our wider community.
We are looking for someone who loves Jesus and has a heart for children, young people and families. We would want you to help develop a vision for the future as we seek to show God’s love every day to the children, young people and families with whom we have links - from initial contact, relationship building and practical support, to teaching and discipling.
We don’t just want to maintain but also develop what we are able to offer to our church families and wider community. We are excited about the future of this ministry and you will play a pivotal role in growing and developing the teams who deliver this. We need you to be an enabler who will recognise gifts in others and support them as they serve.
This is a role for someone who is passionate about helping others grow in faith, feel they belong, and discover their place in God’s story, working alongside a supportive team as we seek to live out the vision and mission of our church together.
