Overview
tastelifeUK, an eating disorders charity, is seeking a new CEO to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the charity, providing strategic direction and leadership as we expand our services and resources.
- Establish and nurture relationships with supporter networks, diverse funding streams, and government agencies to maximise impact.
- Communicate effectively across health, education and other sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to network and build partnerships.
- Provide inspirational leadership to staff and volunteer leaders, supporting the development of their skills and passion.
- Balance remote work with regular face‑to‑face meetings, evenings and occasional weekend commitments as required.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience and a commitment to good mental health and personal living faith.
- Excellent communication skills, with a record of networking and expanding connections.
- Ability to work effectively in both secular and sacred settings, fostering collaboration with the NHS, schools, universities, campaign groups and research partners.
Benefits & Working Hours
- Hours: 0.8‑1.0 FTE.
- Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.
- Location: Hybrid working from home and various locations across the UK.
