We are hiring – join our team! We are looking for someone that enjoys creating vision and empowering teams of volunteers to lead and disciple children and young people into a life of faith in Jesus. This is a full‑time position for an initial period of 12 months with a view to the role becoming permanent. It is a key part of the community in the sweet spot of London – with easy access to the thriving city while close to nature and quiet spaces.
Qualifications:
- a strategic thinker who is good at building relationships, teams and developing young leaders
- passionate about children and young people (from birth to 18) and their families
- outward looking with a family and community focus
- spirit‑filled and rooted in God’s word
- able to work effectively with others
