The Role: You should be passionate, enthusiastic, spirit filled with a heart for Youth, children & families work. Able to use your initiative to develop & expand the youth & families work in line with the vision of the church. You will create engaging, fun teaching, activities & events for young people, offering pastoral support, mentorship, and opportunities for them to know & grow in Christ.
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate, enthusiastic individual who can motivate and inspire young people.
- Experience in engaging with children, youth, and families, with skills in organising and leading youth-focused events.
- Capacity to deliver impactful and engaging educational material to inspire young people and encourage their spiritual growth.
- A willingness to collaborate with other churches and organisations to engage the local community.
- Must be a practicing Christian with an evangelical leaning, willing to share in our church’s vision.
- Able to work under the guidance of the Minister & Leadership Team.
Work Details: Location: Herne Bay Baptist Church - Hours: 25 hours per week - Annual Salary: £18,200
