Cornerstone is seeking to appoint a full time Families Outreach & Discipleship Lead to lead our mission and ministry with under 18s and families. Key to this role will be the development of discipleship pathways through which children and families can explore faith and find their place in the church.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mission and ministry with under 18s and families.
- Develop discipleship pathways for children and families.
- Lead the new learning community including the Youth Worker/College Chaplain and Children’s Pastor.
- Create a space for support and learning of best practice.
- Encourage and support under 18s ministry across the deanery.
Qualifications
- Experience in children’s and/or youth ministry.
- Leadership experience and responsibility.
