Work for a charity in Wimbledon a Facilities Administrator (temporary, 4 months, hybrid, 3 days on site, £30,400 pro rata or £20.09 an hour via an umbrella company).Role PurposeTo provide administrative support to the Facilities team so that staff and customers receive a responsive and prompt service that is effective and value for money.Dealing with all maintenance queries and requests to prioritise work with the maintenance team and schedule appointments.Processing supplier and contractor invoices.Liaising with approved suppliers to get quotes, schedule work and order supplies.To keep all facilities systems (H&S checks, financial information, Rubixx) up to date and to produce KPI data.What we look forImmediately available or available to start within two weeks after being offered.Experience of working in a charity/maintenance/facilities/housing service.Experience of working in a team.Experience in a customer facing environment.Experience managing own time and workload.Experience using varied IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook applications.What we offerTemporary, 4 months.30,400 pro rata or £20.09 an hour via an umbrella company.Hybrid, 3 days on site, 2 days WFH.Friendly, warm, supportive environment, and forward thinking organisation
