We are looking for a Youth Worker who is passionate about Jesus and deepening the faith of young people and who can connect with young people both within and outside the church.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Help shape inspiring, Christ‑centred communities where young people are discipled, supported, and empowered to live out their faith.
  • Invest in young people and volunteers, building on a thriving youth ministry that helps the next generation grow in faith and purpose.
  • Develop a vibrant youth ministry, building environments where discipleship and spiritual growth are central.
  • Through engaging midweek and Sunday gatherings, the aim is to help all young people live Spirit‑filled lives.
  • Develop strategies to reach young people across the town and to see lives transformed.
