St Andrew’s Chesterton is looking for a Lead Youth and Families Coordinator to manage ministry for young people (10‑18 years) and coordinate work with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead youth ministry focused on community, belonging and relationships.
- Coordinate and support the growing children and families ministry.
- Recruit, train and supervise volunteers, ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.
- Adapt approaches for families with additional needs.
Working Hours & Conditions
21 to 28 hours per week, subject to experience and skill set. Work will include Sundays and occasional mid‑week evenings. Duration: 3‑year fixed term.
Remuneration
Up to £24,315 per annum for 28 hours/week (£32,565 full‑time equivalent). Pension scheme available.
