St Andrew’s Chesterton is looking for a Lead Youth and Families Coordinator to manage ministry for young people (10‑18 years) and coordinate work with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead youth ministry focused on community, belonging and relationships.
- Coordinate and support the growing children and families ministry.
- Recruit, train and supervise volunteers, ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.

Working Hours & Conditions
