Are you passionate about helping people follow Jesus, grow as disciples and share their faith with confidence? Cairns Road Baptist Church is seeking an Engagement & Discipleship Pastor to lead discipleship, evangelism, newcomer integration, and young adults’ ministry. Working alongside the Minister and leadership team, you'll help develop a culture of disciple‑making, outreach and community engagement while equipping others for ministry and mission.
We are looking for a committed Christian with experience in church leadership, discipleship and evangelism, who can inspire, equip and develop others.
