About the Role
We're looking for a Change Enablement Lead to shape how change is truly adopted across a complex, regulated organisation. This is a senior specialist role accountable for ensuring change is embedded, understood, and sustainable for both colleagues and customers for this award-winning not-for-profit Specialist Housing and Care organisation. You will define and lead a consistent, organisation-wide approach to change enablement, influencing leaders and strengthening adoption across a diverse portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and evolve the Change Enablement Framework, ensuring it is practical, embedded, and aligned to governance
- Define what 'good' looks like across readiness, adoption, leadership and sustainment
- Provide readiness assurance and adoption insight to senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Partner with delivery, people, and communications teams to ensure a joined-up change experience
- Enable leaders to actively sponsor and role-model change
- Identify and mitigate people impacts early, ensuring smooth go-lives and sustainable outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading enterprise change enablement or organisational change
- Deep expertise in change management, behavioural change and adoption
- Strong ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
- Experience building and embedding frameworks, standards or methodologies
- Proven track record in readiness, adoption assurance and governance reporting
- Comfortable operating across multiple programmes in complex environments
- Desirable: Change certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
