Premier Care in Cannock is seeking a compassionate Children’s Residential Support Worker to help provide a safe, nurturing home for children in residential care at Cannock. You will support behavioural management, assist with meals, maintain a clean living environment, and document care in line with Ofsted regulations.
The role requires shift flexibility, including long days and sleep shifts (2 on, 4 off), weekends, and a 3‑week rolling rota.
